Key points of the law
1. PERMANENT RESIDENCY: It needs to be constantly highlighted that the program provides a permanent residency in a Schengen country and not a visa or a 5 years visa or just residency.

希腊购房移民项目是永居项目，并非 5 年签证或短期居留权。

2. ASCENDANTS-DESCENDANTS for main applicants. All the living ascendants and descendants of the main applicants are also eligible the permanent residency. Children over 21 years old can renew their PR until 24 years old.

永居申请人及家庭成员，上代直系亲属及后代都可以通过同一套房产获得永居。即申请人、申请人配偶、申请人父母、 配偶父母及 21 周岁以下子女都可获得永居。子女超过21 周岁之后可更新 PR 至 24 周岁。
3. SAME DAY APPROVAL: It needs to be mentioned that applicants are approved on the same day while the attorney files the application on their behalf and receive the “blue paper”.
永居的申请人，在代理律师递交申请的当天就可以取得“蓝纸”。蓝纸是有效期为一年的 D 类签证。蓝纸的当天获得 意味为:1)PR 的申请已被批准 2)在客户取得绿卡之前可以随时使用蓝纸出入希腊。
4. There are no days to be required in Greece in order to be eligible or keep the permanent residency. However, all the applicants needs to come to Greece at least once, and do finger prints.

希腊永居项目无移民监。希腊移民局的唯一要求就是: 所有永居申请人在移民申请之前需曾入境。并且需要进行指膜录制以获得绿卡。

5. Selling the property to another third country citizen will automatically constitute a permanent residency right to the buyer.

出售转让房产给第三国公民(非欧盟公民)，永居权可随之转让。

6. The property owners could give their property under children's name when they are over 24 years old.

子女超过24岁，可将房产赠于子女。

7. Right to rent their property and have a return on their investment.

希腊购房取得永居权项目，可合法出租房屋以获得投资收益。

8. RIGHT TO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP:

Children are required to stay and study in Greece for 6 years in a row before turning 18 years old. They can then apply for citizenship after they turn 18 years old. Adults are required to live in Greece for 183 days/year for 7 years. Then they need to pass the official government’s Greek language examination before getting their citizenship.

申请公民身份:

子女 18 岁之前在希腊就读 6 年，满 18 周岁后可申请入籍，无需任何语言考试。 成人在希腊住满7年，每年至少183 天方可申请入籍，需通过语言考试。

9. No need for clients to submit official non-criminal record, no need to show evidence that the money has been taxed by Chinese government, and also no medical examination requirements.

“三无”-无需无犯罪记录证明，无资金收入来源证明，无需体检。
